Foreigners with commercial insurance
Commercial insurance
We register foreigners with commercial health insurance, including PVZP comprehensive cover for long-term residence. Different insurer? Call us and we will check.
No interpreter needed
We speak Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and English. The diagnosis, treatment and paperwork are explained in a language you understand.

Can I register if I live outside Ústí?
Yes. You are free to choose your GP regardless of where you live. We register patients from the whole Ústí Region.
How do I switch from my current doctor?
Simply register with us. You can change GP once every three months, and we request your records from your previous doctor ourselves.
Do you accept foreigners with commercial insurance?
Yes, including PVZP comprehensive health insurance for foreigners. If you have a different commercial insurer, call us and we will check whether we can register you.
