For foreigners
Doctor for foreigners — registration without barriers
New to the Czech Republic and don't have a GP yet? We register foreigners with both public and commercial insurance, and you can speak English, Russian or Ukrainian at the practice. An English-speaking doctor in Ústí nad Labem and across the Ústí Region.
Insurance: VZP and PVZP
We accept all public health insurance companies (VZP, OZP, VoZP, ZP MV, RBP, ČPZP) as well as PVZP commercial insurance for foreigners — including the comprehensive health insurance required for long-term residence.
No interpreter needed
You can communicate in Czech, English, Russian and Ukrainian at the practice. We explain your diagnosis, treatment and paperwork in a language you understand.
What you need to register
Passport or residence permit card and your insurance card (for PVZP, proof of insurance). Bring records from your previous doctor if you have them — otherwise we will request them ourselves.

Registering with a doctor — your most common questions
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we register new patients on an ongoing basis, with no waiting list. You can register on the day of your visit — but we recommend calling +420 606 755 784 in advance so the doctor can set aside time for you.
I recently arrived in the Czech Republic and have no doctor here. Can I register?
Yes — this is exactly what we are here for. You don't need a previous Czech doctor or a referral. Just bring your passport or residence card and proof of insurance — public (VZP and others) or commercial PVZP. We will register you and arrange your first visit straight away.
Can I register if I live in Děčín, Teplice, Litoměřice or elsewhere in the region?
Yes. Registration with a GP is not tied to your place of residence. Patients regularly travel to us from across the Ústí Region — Děčín, Litoměřice, Teplice, Lovosice, Most, Chomutov and Louny.
Which insurance companies do you accept? Do you take PVZP?
We accept patients from all health insurance companies — VZP, OZP, VoZP, ZP MV, RBP, ČPZP — and also PVZP (Pojišťovna VZP), which foreigners on long-term residence usually have.
Does the doctor speak Russian or Ukrainian?
Yes. The practice operates in Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and English. No interpreter needed.
What should I bring to register?
Your insurance card (kartička pojištěnce) and an ID (občanský průkaz, passport or residence permit card). If you have a medical records extract from your previous doctor (výpis ze zdravotní dokumentace), bring it — if not, we will request it ourselves.
How do I book an appointment?
By phone on +420 606 755 784. We answer during the doctor's surgery hours. We will book you in during the call.
